Smoke Grenades are grenades used by the Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance. They can only be used in N.O.V.A. Elite. Their colors are red, purple, gray, blue, and yellow. They may be used to signal air support, but they can also be used as a cover like the classic Willy Pete smoke grenade.
In N.O.V.A. Elite, Smoke Grenades are an ideal weapon to stun enemies, and to mask your escape if you have low shields. They are bought in the N.O.V.A. Elite store or earned as daily prizes or kills.
